Let’s face it - the real estate market is becoming more crowded every day.

With so many different listing agents for potential clients to choose from, how do you set yourself apart?  Results.

It’s a known fact that the vast majority of buyers are researching properties on the internet at home, and only properties that really catch their eyes pique their interest.  With so many to choose from, buyers rarely have the time to read through even the most artfully written descriptions.

I’m sure you’ve heard the old saying, “a picture is worth a thousand words” - in real estate marketing, this is more true than ever.  More importantly, it’s not just worth a thousand words - a well-photographed listing can be the difference between a quick sale, and a property that sits on the market for weeks... or longer.

An excellent article showcasing the importance of photography in Real Estate, by Vivian Toy of the New York Times can be found here.

It’s a proven fact that a professionally photographed listing draws more attention, sells quicker, and for more money, than a property photographed by a listing agent.  Quite simply, you are just too busy to dedicate the time and resources to properly photographing a property.  The specialized equipment, training, and time is far too much a burden for most agents to carry, so why not leave it to a professional?

Leave it to me.

Give your listing the Professional touch...

“...a staggering 25 percent of homes have no photos at all, despite an increase in viewership of about 100% for every photo added to a listing.  By the time a listing features six photos, viewership has increased 558% over listings with no photos...”

-Blanche Evans, Realty Times (January 2006)
