Our predesigned packages meet the needs of the average listing, however, your listing may require some special touches to really make it stand out, so I can always custom-build a package based on your needs.

I am a firm believer in honesty, integrity, and full-disclosure.  Our packages include everything you need, so you can comfortably budget your marketing campaign.  You will not find any surprise “add-ons” on your invoice, and should any additional charges be required, they will be clearly communicated to you before I am hired.

Our basic Price List is as follows:

Standard Shoot - $130.00*

1. •15 edited, wide-angle shots, encompassing all major features, living areas, & exterior.  Full & Low resolution images hosted on your own, personal gallery page, with 24 hour access. 
   

Deluxe Shoot - $200.00*

1. •All the features of a Standard Shoot, plus a 360 Virtual Tour of 2 rooms of which you would like to highlight.  Also includes a DVD gift for the buyer.
   

Additional Services:

360° Virtual Tour - $35/ea*

1. •360° Virtual Tours are available as an add-on to any photography package.  Pricing is per room of choice.
   

* prices do not include HST.

** please note: Unfinished rooms, utility rooms, and garages are usually not included unless they contain special features which would add to the value of the listing.
