AMYCURRIEPHOTOGRAPHY

Here is a comparison of the difference between a good quality Point & Shoot digital camera, and a Digital SLR camera, using a wide angle lens & proper flash.

What’s the Difference?

Bringing Professional Real Estate Photography to the Greater Moncton Area.

As you can see - the difference is rather obvious!  Not only do rooms look brighter and more inviting, but much more spacious, and truer to what the buyer would see in the home.

Outstanding Real Estate Photography goes far beyond just the equipment - technique plays an equal, or greater part.  An eye for composition, knowing how to handle the camera, balance ambient and artificial light, colour balance, and post-processing goes a very long way in producing a truly fantastic image.  Ultimately, in the end, all these pieces of the puzzle have to come together, and when they do - the result is clear.

There are quite a few great articles circulating on the internet by realtors, photographers, and journalists conveying the benefits, and importance of having a listing photographed professionally.  It has been proven time and again, that a well-photographed listing, with lots of material for a prospective buyer to browse through, sells quicker, and for closer to the listing price than a listing with few, or poor quality photos.
